Description

Interior Fit Out Engineer –
A leading interior fit out contractor based in Al Quoz,Dubai are currently looking for:
– Site Engineers specializing within Retail Fit Out with a vast knowledge of the market.
– with the ability to control 2-3 projects at any one time.
Reporting to the senior project manager and technical manager, your duties will be as follows:
– Managing of site, tool box talks, site set ups, site safety inductions, supervision of subcontractors. Preparation of KPI’s, updating of site programs, monitoring of site progress and risk assessments and daily HSE checks.
– Minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience in Retail, Residential & Commercial Fit Out with a background of joinery would be an advantage.
– They will need to have a knowledge of AutoCAD, have dealt with approvals and past experience of scheduling.
– Having dealt with fast track projects and experience in Interior Design.
– Good supervisory and management experience.
-Strong leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain organized systems and have complete accountability of one’s work.
-UAE driver’s license – compulsory.
-Fluent and clean language skills, oral and written – English, Arabic is an advantage.
